Order and Shipping Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed—it will include your order number and shipping method. Please ensure your shipping address is correct as we cannot redirect goods once they are en route to you.

Custom pieces take 6 to 8 weeks to be shipped once artwork is finalized. Made-to-order pieces take 6 to 8 weeks to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. 

Where We Ship

We currently ship to US addresses. To inquire about international shipping, please email us at info@thegoldalbum.com.

Shipping 

We offer two shipping options, USPS Priority Mail (1 to 3 days) and USPS Prioirty Express (1 to 2 days). All packages over $200 will be insured.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax will be charged on merchandise total, where applicable. Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination.
